As a former Victorian State Rowing Team member, Erica understands the athlete’s perspective and values a supportive, multidisciplinary approach. She collaborates closely with coaches, physiotherapists, dietitians, and sports physicians to deliver holistic, client-centred care both inside and outside of sport.
