Holly Pointon

Positions

Holly is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sport, focusing on running-related injuries, load management, and women’s health. She has a particular interest in tendon, bone, and joint conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic pain. Holly is passionate about bridging the gap between sports physiotherapy and pelvic health, particularly in supporting female athletes managing pelvic floor dysfunction alongside their training and performance goals.

Holly has worked with Queensland Athletics, the Australian Athletics Team, and football clubs at VFL and VAFA levels across both elite and community sport. She holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, and is currently completing a postgraduate certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy.
