He holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science) from Western Sydney University, a Master of High Performance Sport from Australian Catholic University, and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. His career spans multiple high-performance environments, combining clinical expertise with years of practical experience working with elite athletes and development squads.

Jake has worked across both AFL and NRL systems, including roles as Athletic Performance Coach for the GWS Giants and Physiotherapist for the GWS Giants ACT Academy. He currently serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the U15s NRL Victoria Schoolboys, where he leads physical preparation and injury prevention programs for emerging rugby league talent.
