No referral is required to book a physiotherapy appointment at our clinic — you can book directly through our website or by calling our reception team. However, a GP referral is required if you wish to claim through Medicare under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. If you are claiming through WorkCover or TAC, you will also need appropriate documentation from your employer or insurer prior to your first appointment.
