Steph Tucker is a highly experienced Exercise Physiologist joining us on Monday, Thursday and Fridays. Join Steph for 1:1 consultations or progress to a social exercise class, all with individually tailored, evidence-based exercise programs.
The aim of Exercise Physiology is to better the body through safe, effective, progress-driven exercise interventions. EP sessions, in our gym space are exercise-based and include health and physical activity education, advice, support and lifestyle modification with a strong focus on achieving behavioural change.
Steph's expertise is in helping you develop healthy lifestyle behaviours for the prevention, management, treatment and improvement of a number of chronic health conditions, injuries and women’s health issues.
Steph's overall philosophy? That you enjoy moving! In whatever shape or format that might be, exercise and movement should be unique to every individual.

Steph Tucker is an Exercise Physiologist who has a passion for helping people to move enjoyably while improving quality of life and health. She enjoys assisting people with any exercise background to discover a way for them to be active. Steph has a particular interest in women’s health and lower limb musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Steph is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a keen interest in helping all individuals find suitable activity to help improve their quality of life. Steph has completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, before then completing her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University.
